Born in the Carolinas and raised in a family with a background in foodservice businesses, Chef Arthur has been immersed in the hospitality industry since childhood. He attributes his strong work ethic and customer-focused approach to his upbringing.

In high school, Chef Arthur discovered his love for food and culinary arts. He excelled in Culinary Arts courses, which led him to recognize his talent for food preparation and presentation.

After graduation, he began his culinary career as a dishwasher in a fine dining restaurant. Through hard work and dedication, he worked his way up to become a lead line cook.
