• Delivery Charges: They offer delivery and pickup services based on location and standard rates during business hours.
• Self-Pickup Option: You can also pick up and drop off rentals during business hours, but ensure your vehicle can accommodate the items.
• Reservations/Orders: Learn the difference between a "quote" and a "reservation/order." Items are held only after a deposit or full payment.
• Order Timing: It's never too early to place an order, especially for high-demand items. Changes to contracts must be made 72 hours before delivery or pickup.
• Tent Setup: Tent pricing includes installation and removal for safety, and clients are not permitted to participate in installing large tents.
