About Anita - The Creative Mind Behind Amina Events

Anita, the founder of Amina Events, has been a dedicated event planner throughout her adult life. Her journey into the world of event planning began during her high school days in Conyers, GA, where she organized events and dances for her peers. This hobby soon evolved into organizing get-togethers for her family and friends, earning her the reputation of the go-to party and trip planner.

After graduating from Georgia State University with a degree in Finance and Management, Anita honed her event planning skills while working at the Georgia State Capitol for State Representative Sharon Cooper. Although politics wasn't her ultimate calling, she became an expert in managing and executing campaign events. Anita then moved on to join a small firm as the Director of Meetings & Events, where she spent the next decade organizing events across the southeast for groups of all sizes and in various venues.

In 2018, Anita followed her passion and founded Amina Events, a company dedicated to creating stress-free experiences for clients. Her extensive background in event planning and her commitment to executing seamless events have made Amina Events a trusted name in the industry.

When she's not working, Anita enjoys traveling, playing tennis, cheering for the Atlanta Falcons, and exploring her O4W neighborhood. Her love for creating memorable events is evident in every project she undertakes.
