Event Rentals Services Offered

At CONCEPT Party Rentals, we take pride in being a full-service event rental business. Our goal is to make your event planning as seamless as possible. Here are the services we offer:

• Delivery and Setup: We deliver your rental products right to your wedding venue and set them up for you, ensuring a stress-free experience on your big day.
• Showroom Experience: Visit our showroom to personally select all your wedding-day rental items. We offer an extensive range of items, including centerpieces, chairs, decor, lights, tables, drapery, lounge furniture, barware, glassware, flatware, china, and even dance floors.
• Cancellation Policy: While we understand that plans can change, please note our cancellation policy. Items canceled less than seven days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date will incur a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
• Pickup and Delivery Rates: Our pickup and delivery rates are calculated based on distance and estimated delivery time. We offer flexible delivery or pickup windows, including 8-hour, 4-hour, and 1-hour options. Your event specialist will determine the rates when you place your order. Multiple trucks may incur additional costs.
• Special Rates: Special rates apply to deliveries or pickups scheduled after 5 PM or before 9 AM, as well as on weekends or holidays. If your event requires off-hours services, please discuss this with your event specialist.
• Truck Access: If your location presents challenges for large truck access, such as low branches, narrow driveways, or steep entryways, please inform us in advance to ensure a smooth delivery or pickup.
• Ancillary Costs: Ancillary costs are applied if items need to be delivered more than 50 feet from the truck or if items must be carried up stairs, elevators, or steep slopes. Please inform your event specialist if you require ancillary delivery services.
• Rental Fees: Our rental fees are based on three-day periods, including delivery one day before your event and pickup one day after. For weekend events, we deliver on Friday and pick up on Monday without extra charges. Extended time periods are available at additional rates.
• Your Responsibilities: Upon delivery, you are responsible for inspecting, counting, and receiving each product. Review operating instructions for applicable items, sign paperwork confirming receipt and condition, and promptly report any issues.
