• Order Changes: Changes to your order can be made up to 30 days prior to the event, assuming add-ons are available.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be made in writing. Please refer to your contract for cancellation terms. Cancellations less than 30 days before the event won't receive refunds.
• Accidents and Damage: While accidents are rare, if any damage occurs, the client is responsible for the replacement cost.
• Candle Permits: According to City of Dallas regulations, flameless candles are recommended indoors. If you wish to use real candles, a permit must be obtained, including an inspection and a $200 permit fee.

• Payment: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at contract signing, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event. Short-term events require full payment upon contract receipt.
