About Event Dynamics

Bobby, the founder of Event Dynamics, has a rich background in music, lighting design, and event needs. His journey began with accordion lessons in the 1960s and then evolved into a successful music career, playing in renowned Maryland bands such as Apricott Brandy, Inner Realm, Pentagon, and Cat Trax. This musical journey exposed him to lighting design, event requirements, and sound reinforcement, setting the stage for his venture into the event industry.

In addition to his music endeavors, Bobby joined the Baltimore County Fire Department in 1974, ultimately rising to the rank of Captain. His pursuit of knowledge led him to earn an AA degree in Fire Technology. Throughout his 34-year career in the Fire Department, Bobby garnered numerous awards and recognitions, highlighting his dedication to service and safety.

In 1990, Bobby transitioned into the event industry by establishing Innovative Accents, initially focusing on lighting for tents. Over the years, the company expanded its offerings to include dance floors, staging, drapery, decor, and collaborations with leading event planners, florists, and caterers across Maryland. In 2002, Innovative Accents evolved into Event Dynamics, a family business with Bobby's son, Brandon, sharing responsibilities.

With a legacy of trustworthiness, dependability, technical expertise, and a focus on safety from his firefighting career, Bobby now dedicates his time to overseeing Event Dynamics, ensuring that every event is a seamless success.
