Jamie Lewis Chapman is the CEO and lead designer of JayElleCee & Company. Her passion for designing and decorating events dates back to her early years when she volunteered to plan and host celebrations for family and friends. With a background in executive management and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, Jamie ensures that every client receives the best service and decor tailored to their unique needs.

Jamie is a Certified Balloon Artist (CBA®), distinguishing her as one of the leading balloon professionals in Washington, DC. Her pursuit of excellence in balloon decor and bouquets has led her to complete a series of rigorous tests, including oral and practical examinations administered by the Qualatex Balloon NetworkSM (QBN®). With her extensive knowledge and experience, Jamie brings a touch of creativity and professionalism to every project.
