Our Approach to Wedding Planning:

Services Offered:

We offer a range of wedding planning packages to suit your needs, from full-service planning to day-of coordination. Our packages include:

Peony Partial Planning PLUS:

  • Assistance in establishing Color Combinations, Theme, and Design Concepts.
  • Creation of an inspiration board for your event.
  • Assistance with scheduling vendor meetings around your schedule, handling negotiations, and retrieving proposals.
  • Attendance at 1 meeting per category, upon your request.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact with vendors throughout the entire planning process.

Orchid Full Service Planning:

  • Unlimited phone calls, emails, and texts for seamless communication.
  • Helpful planning tools and tips to make the process smooth.
  • Vendor Recommendations based on your preferences and budget.
  • Two months prior to the wedding, we conduct a walk-through and assume contact with all vendors.
  • Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal (exclusive to the Tulip package).
  • Onsite day-of services with a coordinator and assistant for up to 10 hours.
  • Creation of a detailed timeline and layout.
  • Coordination of vendor arrival and load-in times.
  • Ensuring all vendor contract orders and details are in place.
  • Distributing the timeline to all vendors and overseeing setup.
  • Handling final payments and gratuities for vendors.
  • Collaboration with the DJ/Band to establish timing for key moments.
  • Distributing favors or send-off items to guests.
  • Setting up specialty tables with decor items and cleaning up afterward.

Daisy & Tulip Day Of & Weekend Of:

  • Unlimited phone calls, emails, and texts for easy communication.
  • Access to helpful planning tools and tips.
  • Vendor Recommendations tailored to your preferences.
  • Two months prior to the wedding, we conduct a walk-through and become the primary point of contact for vendors.
  • On the wedding day, our coordinator and assistant will be onsite for up to 10 hours to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Creation of a detailed timeline and layout.
  • Coordination of vendor arrival and load-in times.
  • Ensuring all vendor contract orders and details are in place.
  • Distributing the timeline to all vendors and overseeing setup.

  • Developing a comprehensive planning schedule with monthly reminders and status checks.
  • Becoming the primary point of contact for vendors four months prior to the wedding.

Cascading Orchids Full Service Planning:

Building upon the Orchid package, the Cascading Orchids package includes:

  • Three meetings per vendor category.
  • Being the primary point of contact for vendors throughout the entire planning process.

Floral Design & Photobooth Services:

In addition to our comprehensive wedding planning services, we offer exquisite floral design and captivating photobooth experiences. For the floral design service, we provide a questionnaire to determine your style and budget, ensuring that the arrangements complement the overall theme of your wedding. As for the photobooth, we offer personalized pricing after a consultation, guaranteeing a fun and memorable addition to your celebration.
