  Important Information for Renters

Before renting from Mist Works, it's essential to understand:

• Additional Services: While delivery, setup, and onsite support are available, they are not included in the rental pricing and may incur additional fees.
• Weather Disclaimer: Mist Works cannot control the weather, but they work with it. They recommend not running the mist if it's raining and only operating the fan. Fans should also be positioned in the same direction as the natural wind.
• Damage Authorization: A minimum $250 credit card damage authorization/hold is required.
• Rain or Shine Policy: All events are conducted, rain or shine, and are not refundable.
