Chef Danielle:

Chef Danielle, a South Florida native, draws inspiration from her Italian heritage and a love for cooking passed down from her grandparents. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and culinary training from the Miami Culinary Institute, she founded Peacock's Pantry in 2012. Her passion lies in creating extraordinary food and unique event atmospheres that allow people to savor memorable experiences.

Chef Bill:

Chef Bill, with a rich culinary background, including experience with some of New York's finest restaurants and his family's restaurant, Healy's Inn, is a culinary maestro. In 2017, he joined forces with Danielle in Florida to run Peacock's Pantry while continuing to manage Healy's Inn. His dedication to cooking shines through in every dish, and his love for organic gardening and adventure adds a unique touch to their culinary offerings.
