Paula Stadtmiller, a baking enthusiast from a young age, honed her skills under her mother's guidance and pursued her passion at the Culinary Institute of America, graduating in 1985. She garnered experience in the pastry departments of prestigious hotels, including the Peabody in Memphis and the Ritz Carlton in Laguna Nigel. Paula's love for baking and culinary expertise form the heart of Premier Pastry's creative prowess.

Philip Duquette, initially trained as an engineer, found his true calling as a self-taught pastry chef. After discovering his passion for the culinary arts, he gained valuable experience working at a pastry shop in Rochester, New York. It was here that he crossed paths with Paula, and their unique skill sets and shared vision led to the inception of Premier Pastry in 1989.
