Services Offered by RCC Weddings & Events

RCC Weddings & Events understands that every event is unique, just like the individuals behind them. They offer a range of services tailored to meet your specific needs and ensure your special day is nothing short of spectacular. Here's a breakdown of the services they provide:

Day-of-Coordination (DOC)/Wedding Day Management:

RCC's DOC package goes beyond just the day of your event. It's more like a mini-planning package. It includes several meetings prior to your event, venue walk-throughs, coordination of the rehearsal (if it's a wedding), and a set number of hours on the day of your event. Unlimited email and telephone conversations are included. They also create a detailed timeline, confirm and coordinate details with your vendors, and circulate the timeline to your vendor team. Full DOC packages generally range from $2,150.00 to $2,850.00.

Partial DOC Package:

Similar to the full DOC package but does not include décor breakdown at the end of the evening. Partial DOC packages generally start at $1,850.00.

Planning Consultations/Assistance:

If your venue has a coordinator who will assist on the day of your event but you need help leading up to the big day, RCC can fill in the gaps. Planning consultation/assistance packages include meetings, vendor confirmations, and timeline creation.

Custom Package, including Partial Planning:

RCC Weddings & Events offers fully customized packages designed to meet your unique needs. Pricing is determined based on your specific requirements.

A La Carte Services:

RCC also provides a range of individual services, including:

• Personal Décor Setup: For those with personal décor items, RCC can ensure they are set up as you envision.
• RSVP Management: They can assist in managing the RSVP process and provide a guest list for your caterer.
• Timeline Creation: RCC can create a detailed event day timeline, including vendor confirmations.
