Extended Celebrations
We believe that your wedding day should be more than just a few hours of celebration. That's why our wedding packages start with a 3-night weekend wedding celebration. This unique option includes 3-night accommodations, the use of the tent, chairs for both the ceremony and reception, tables, restrooms for your guests, dedicated parking attendants, and a property facilitator to assist you every step of the way. We offer an all-inclusive experience tailored to your preferences, with access to local vendors who are well-acquainted with our property and can offer exclusive services designed just for Swan Cove Manor couples. For those seeking a shorter stay, a 1-night option is also available.

Flexible Accommodations
Our estate boasts five distinct homes: The Charthouse #1, Mariner #2, Spinnaker #3, Outrigger #4, and Quarterdeck #5. Each waterfront home offers the same amenities, both inside and out, while featuring unique floorplans and room configurations. Inside, you'll find 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchens, and laundry facilities. Outside, you can enjoy a fenced-in pool, kayaks, a fire pit with wood provided, a gas grill with propane provided, a hammock, horseshoe pits, outdoor seating, picnic tables, a pier with a crab pot, and boat docking facilities. These homes are close enough to vacation together yet spaced apart to ensure your privacy.

Event Tent
The Mariner #2 and Spinnaker #3 homes come with an 80'x50' event tent located between them. This tent does not obstruct any views on the property and can be included with your rental, excluded, or added as an optional extra based on your needs. The tent is ideal for weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, and other celebrations. With clear vinyl on the waterside, your guests can always enjoy the water views, regardless of the weather. The tent is elegantly adorned with white drapes, hanging greenery lit chandeliers, and perimeter lighting. Four oscillating fans ensure comfort, and a solid concrete floor prevents any concerns about mud. Tables and chairs are available, and the tent can accommodate up to 200 people, with room for more depending on your chosen layout.

Additional Accommodations
Our Outrigger #4 house, while not on the water, offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. In Spring 2022, we'll be adding a swimming pool for your enjoyment. The Quarterdeck #5 is a charming one-bedroom cottage perfect for couples or honeymooners. It features a king-sized bed, a sofa bed, a half bathroom, and a separate shower room. The well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove top cook surface, toaster oven, dishwasher, and Keurig. A back deck offers a tranquil space to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature.
