Flexible Rental Terms

Tesoro Event Rentals offers flexible rental terms, allowing customers to rent items for as long as they need them. However, customers are required to return the items within one business day after the event or within one week at the latest. Late returns may incur additional rental fees.

Cancellations and Payments

Cancellations made 24 hours after placing an order are eligible for a complete refund. For orders canceled within 30 days of the wedding date, a 50% cancellation fee applies. A 50% deposit is due on all rentals, with the final payment required two weeks before the event date.
