The Event Warehouse Co., established in April 2015 in the Silver Springs/Ocala area, stands out for its unique approach in the event industry. What sets us apart is our commitment to being more than just a discount or thrift store – we are a Designer Store that prioritizes affordability without compromising elegance. We firmly believe that sophistication doesn't have to come with a hefty price tag.

When it comes to formal wear in Marion County and North Central FL, finding options that are both affordable and elegant can be a challenge. The Event Warehouse Co. bridges this gap by offering a curated selection of formal gowns for purchase, ranging from dress sizes 0 to 30. Our inventory includes off-the-rack choices as well as the option for special orders, and we exclusively sell new gowns, refraining from consignment or buyback services.

For those seeking flexibility in payment, we provide layaway options with a 25% down payment for in-stock gowns. Payments are scheduled every 30 days, allowing up to six payments for gowns over $500 and up to four payments for gowns under $500. Special order gowns require a 50% deposit, with a no-refund policy on formal wear purchases.

Beyond our exquisite gown collection, The Event Warehouse Co. offers an array of unique rental items for parties, banquets, and décor needs. From antique furnishings, church pews, arches/arbors, wine/whiskey barrels, chandeliers/lighting, to linens, centerpieces, and themed décor, we cater to diverse themes such as glamour, shabby chic, country, contemporary, collegiate, and more. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your reservation, and the balance is due approximately 10 days before the event.

Our rental inventory is not just extensive but also distinctively one-of-a-kind. We pride ourselves on providing a variety of items at an affordable cost, including linens, dinnerware, arches, barn doors, chandeliers, and much more. Whether you prefer full-service decorating or a DIY approach, we accommodate your needs by offering delivery services and allowing pick-up and return up to 2 days before and after the event. Additionally, our store features a "create-your-own centerpiece" area, where you can explore options and work with us to find the perfect decor for your event.


In the realm of dresses, our gowns, available for sale only, encompass a broad range not fully represented on our website. With sizes ranging from 00 to 30 in-house, our collection includes off-the-rack options and order possibilities.
