The Patterson is a luxury event and wedding venue space located in Valdosta, Georgia area. With relaxed and refined venues, The Patterson offers multiple corporate meeting spaces, two elegant ballrooms, a beautiful parlor, stages for live entertainment, and plenty of space for caterers. The Loft consists of 6,000 square feet of open space to accommodate larger events up to 300 guest, Images of the roaring twenties adorn the walls and the gilded accents and chandeliers pay homage to the Art Deco period. Aminites include champagne Chiavari style chairs to compliment elegant events or black resin folding chairs for more casual events, Each floor has its own caterer's kitchen equipped with 3 stainless steel tables, XL commercial sinks, and a refrigerator. 

The Parlor is ideal for smaller events such as intimate chapel style weddings and smaller meetings or parties with up to 75 people. The Parlor and Loft may be utilized together, accommodating a maximum of 300 guests. Other amenities as the Loft.

The Ballroom on the first floor features hickory hardwood floors, exquisite chandeliers, a grand staircase entrance, in-house sound system, and elegant restrooms designed to accommodate up to 650 guests. The Ballroom can accommodate up to 300 guests in table seating and up to 600 guests in theater seating and also having amenities as the loft and parlor.
