Their services extend to essentials such as fans, patio heaters, linens, napkins, sashes, backdrops, pipe and drape setups, dance floors, staging, audio-visual equipment, and much more.

The Rental Place boasts an impressive inventory, ensuring that every detail of your event is covered. From acrylic trays and bowls to bars, beverage tubs, and drink dispensers, their range of catering equipment is second to none. Elevate your presentation with cake plateaus and cupcake trees, while chafing dishes keep your food warm and appealing. The Rental Place doesn't stop there – their offerings include coffee and beverage service, marble serving pieces, various types of trays, bowls, stands, platters, chargers, and more. They also cater to different styles with offerings such as glass and iron, copper, and aluminum trays and bowls.

Rental Rates and Reservations

Our rental rates are competitive and based on the duration of use. You can pick up equipment one day before your event and return it one day after during normal business hours. Special rates are available for longer rental periods.

To secure a reservation, we require a 50% security deposit. We accept cash, personal checks, and major credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover & Amex). Corporate accounts can be set up with a purchase order. Please note that credit cards on file will be processed for the balance due for all delivery orders up to seven days prior to the delivery date.

Cancellation and Delivery

For cancellations, we kindly request a two-week notice to receive a full refund. Orders canceled with less than 14 days notice will forfeit their 50% deposit. Orders canceled less than 48 hours before the day of pick up or delivery will be responsible for the entire amount.

We offer delivery services based on minimum orders and distance from our store for a fee. Our deliveries are made to ground level during normal business hours. Special arrangements and additional fees apply for deliveries before or after normal business hours or to remote or difficult locations.

Pick-Up and Return

For pick-up, we request that all equipment be rinsed free of all food and repacked in the same containers as received. Tables and chairs should be neatly folded and stacked in a single location. Providing correct contact information for pick-up day ensures a smooth return process.
