TREND RENTALS emerges as the go-to event rental shop in New York , that specializes in luxury decor rentals and styling. We understand that every detail matters, from the tiniest lights to captivating marquees that can light up a room in the most stunning way possible. Our mission is to help you create exceptional events that leave a lasting impression.

Our Story

Our journey began with a proposal at Vanisha’s Art Gallery, where we aimed to create a truly magical experience. However, sourcing the right decor items in a timely manner proved to be a challenge. After experiencing delays with our own proposal setup, we realized there was a gap in the market for a reliable event rental shop specializing in luxury decor rentals and styling. Thus, TREND RENTALS was born.

Within a few months, we've built the largest inventory of marquee letters in the 5 boroughs, offering on-demand booking. Our range now includes premium green walls, champagne walls, candy carts, acrylic backdrops, acrylic stands, tables, and more. Our items are statement pieces that capture the attention of all, ensuring your event is a memorable success.

Our Commitment to Quality

At TREND RENTALS, we take pride in providing excellent customer service and top-quality prop rentals. While we strive to offer the best quality props available, wear and tear can occur over time. To ensure your satisfaction, we can provide pictures of the props before you make a payment.

Customer Responsibilities

To facilitate a seamless event, customers are responsible for providing access to the venue at least two hours before the event start time and at least two hours for pickup after the event's conclusion. Adequate electrical power must also be provided to meet the needs of our prop rentals and equipment.

In cases of rescheduling due to unforeseen weather conditions, we offer full credit for a future order with a $50 rebooking fee. Please provide more than one week's notice when rescheduling your date.

Damage and Loss

Customers are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment provided by TREND RENTALS due to the actions of event attendees or staff not employed by TREND RENTALS. This includes paying for all repairs or replacements up to the full value of the lost or damaged items, including shipping. Please be advised that damage to props will result in fees being charged for loss or damage.

  • Marquee Lights: Our 4FT Marquees are the perfect addition to weddings, adding a touch of magic and brightness to any room. Whether you're planning a wedding, bridal shower, or wedding shower, our marquee lights will make your event shine.
  • Decor Rentals: In addition to marquee lights, we provide a variety of other decor rental items such as Candy Carts and Floral Walls. These details are what make your event unique and memorable.
  • Styling: We understand that our clients are stylish and tasteful, always looking for details that are not only stunningly beautiful but also spark conversations among their guests. Our styling services are tailored to meet these high standards.
  • Decor Packages: TREND RENTALS offers customizable decor packages to ensure your event stands out and reflects your unique style and preferences.
  • Coordination: Planning an event can be overwhelming, but with TREND RENTALS, you're not alone. We provide comprehensive event coordination services, from keeping you updated throughout the planning process to managing the day of your event. We are dedicated to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction every step of the way.

Additional Fees and Responsibilities

It's important to be aware of additional fees and responsibilities when working with TREND RENTALS:

  • Additional fees may apply for difficult access, such as locations with no elevator access and only flights of stairs.
  • If our drivers arrive at the event during the agreed-upon timeframe and are unable to obtain our rental items, a $120 fee for next-day pickup may apply, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Please note that our prices are for day rentals only, with a cutoff time of 2 AM. An additional fee will apply for day-before delivery offered after 5 PM, and next-day pickup is offered before 12 PM
