Valerie Schantz began her career in the heart of the nation's capital, rapidly ascending through the ranks of an elite catering company in Washington D.C. This experience provided her with firsthand knowledge of managing prestigious parties and serving discerning clientele. In 2001, she and her husband, Paul, relocated to San Diego, where they established a bi-coastal party planning business. Here, Valerie orchestrated political galas for congressmen and ambassadors on the East Coast, while simultaneously coordinating upscale corporate events, weddings, and social functions on the West Coast.

In 2007, Valerie expanded her services to Austin, Texas, along with her husband and their two-year-old son. Building upon her roots in weddings, luxurious corporate and private parties, and an array of political events, Valerie has become a prominent figure in Austin's event planning and design landscape.
