With a passion for wedding videography, she has been capturing love stories for over a decade, first as a photographer and later transitioning into videography.

Ivan, a multi-talented artist, graphic designer, and musician, plays a vital role in the team during wedding days. He acts as a second videographer, handles drone operations, and ensures all audio recordings are top-notch during the video editing process. Together, Paola and Ivan form a dynamic duo dedicated to creating stunning wedding films.

Booking and Timeline:

To reserve Vivid Photo & Video's exceptional services for your wedding day, a 33% deposit and a signed contract are required. The remaining balance is split into two payments, with the final payment due the week of the wedding. For weddings less than three months away from the booking date, a 50% deposit is required.

On the wedding day, Vivid Photo & Video aims to start capturing precious moments while the bride is getting ready and continue until at least 30 minutes after the dancing begins. However, they are flexible and work closely with you to create a tailored timeline that suits your specific needs.

Music Selection and Delivery:

Vivid Photo & Video prides itself on curating the perfect soundtrack for your wedding film. Typically, they choose music from licensed subscription services to complement the visual storytelling. However, if you have specific music preferences, they are more than happy to accommodate your choices.

After your wedding day, the post-production process takes approximately 40-60 days. One revision is included with video packages, ensuring that the final film meets your expectations. Once approved, you will receive your wedding film on a USB drive, mailed within 2-3 business days.
