Caroline Gollner, the visionary behind VOLARE Planning & Design, has a diverse background that enriches her approach to wedding planning and design. Her journey began in journalism, but a passion for the visual arts drew her to the bridal fashion industry in New York City. There, she developed an interest in culinary arts, working in prestigious restaurants alongside world-class chefs and sommeliers, gaining expertise in fine dining, wine, and exemplary service.

After a life-changing event, Caroline returned to her roots in the south and became a reading and writing teacher. Yet, her love for the visual arts and design persisted, leading her to pursue a second degree in Interior Design. The turning point came when she planned her own wedding, realizing that event planning and design were her true calling. In 2010, VOLARE Planning & Design was born, and in 2013, she relocated the business to San Antonio, Texas.

With over 200 weddings under her belt and a dedication to constant innovation, Caroline finds joy in meeting new couples and curating unique wedding experiences for each one. Her deep appreciation for diverse cultures, fine arts, culinary arts, and architecture continues to inspire her craft, driving her philosophy of design innovation.
